Matching game

You can make this game at home to encourage your child to read in English.

1.Make a set of picture cards

2.Make a set of words with those picture cards. Remember to use words which are said and written in the same form.

3.I have used capital letter as well as lower case letter (ligada)

4.Some example used in the class are: camel, milk, pink, indian, hen, egg,...

These are new words we are working on:

Fools Garden is an indie pop band from Germany.

It started in 1991.

There are 4 members.

They play the drums, guitar, bass and the keyboard.

 They have created 9 studio albums.

 The most important song is ‘Lemon Tree’.

 They still play alive concerts around the world.

The last album was published in 2012.

THE SONG:   

The song came to the writer while he was waiting for his girlfriend.

It was written on Sunday.

 The length of the song is 3:11.

IN THE CLASSROOM: 

The vocabulary we are going to work in the classroom is the following:
